first grade

So the first day of school went great yesterday – a big adventure.

Today, however, Scooby kept telling me he didn’t want to go to school.

He didn’t like first grade after all, he said.

He finally got around to telling me why…

“Because, Mom, there aren’t any toys!!!”

I kept a straight face. It was tough, but I did it.
